Carhartt's long sleeve workwear Henley is made of 6.75-ounce, 100% cotton jersey, which makes it perfect for layering or normal wear during cool weather. It has a tear-resistant, rib-knit collar with three buttons in addition to a left chest pocket. Additionally, the side-seamed construction minimizes twisting while maximizing comfort.

The heather gray fiber content is 90% cotton / 10% polyester. (Formerly known as Long-Sleeve Workwear Henley)
