5. Custom Orders and File Specifications

For screen printing, embroidery, and custom-decorated items, customers must provide production-ready artwork that meets the following guidelines:

• File Types: AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF preferred. PNG, JPEG, or TIFF must be 300 DPI minimum.
• Fonts must be outlined or embedded.
• Colors must be clearly labeled with PMS (Pantone) values if applicable.

Midwest Workwear is not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax may apply where required by law.
