Shipping Information

At Midwest Workwear, we are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible.

  • In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • Non-stock or special-order items usually ship within 7–14 business days.
  • Please note: Some supplier backorders or inventory delays may result in extended shipping times of 3–8 weeks.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Returned items must be in original, unworn condition, with tags attached and free from pet hair, lint, dirt, or signs of wear.
  • Washed or worn items cannot be accepted.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that included free shipping, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees on exchanges or returns

Please Note: We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return your original order and place a new one.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

How to Return an Item

  • 1. Sign in to your account.
  • 2. Go to My Orders and click “Return Items” next to the applicable order
  • Select the items you wish to return, choose a reason, and submit the form.
  • Our customer service team will follow up within 48 hours with return instructions.
